Pricing: All prices are F.O.B. Colton, California. We reserve the right to change any pricing without notice.
Payment: We are set up to accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. Credit card orders must be shipped to the billing address of credit card holder unless otherwise approved by Impros. We can also ship C.O.D. for cashiers check or money order. All C.O.D. orders are subject to current UPS COD fee per box shipped in addition to the shipping charge.
Sales Tax: There is currently no sales tax for shipments outside of California.
Shipping: All orders are shipped UPS Ground. UPS Red Label, Blue label, 3-Day Select and Saturday delivery are also available upon request for additional charges. Freight charge will be added to all orders and is non-refundable. If you would like a freight quote before ordering, please email us with the items requested & your zip code. Any shortages or discrepancies with your order must be reported to customer service (909) 370-4900 within 3 days of delivery. Remember we must have your invoice number to process.
Damages: Report any damages to the shipper (Ups, FedEx , Etc.) that delivered your package. They will instruct you on how to file a claim, The package becomes your property once it leaves our shipping dock. Please do not send it back to us without prior approval.
Returns & Cancellations: All refused items, returns and cancellations will be charged A 20% restocking fee. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. Please call us at (909) 370-4900 before returning any parts. We will issue you a return authorization number (RA#) for you to include on invoice and on the outside of the box in a prominent area. We will need your invoice number to process any returns or claims, freight will not be refunded.
Special Orders/Closeouts/Used parts: All special orders, custom parts, used parts & closeout sales are final and sold as is. No Returns or Exchanges will be authorized.
Clothing: May be exchanged only if new & unworn, Tags must be attached, No refunds can be given on any clothing.
