We are in the process of developing an E-commerce web site, however in the mean time we have had the opportunity to serve many satisfied customers using this type of order form available on the previous page.

If this is your first order with us & you are concerned about security on the internet;

You may fill out the order form except for the credit card number & exp. date and transmit

However, we still require the bank phone number and bank name to filled out on form to process the order.

After you submit your order, we will contact you to get the remainder of the information needed to complete the transaction. You can also call us @ (909) 370-4900 during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri Pacific time with your credit card number. Please note- orders do not get pulled from the internet on weekends.

On your future orders if you wish to use the same credit card as prior orders you may enter: USE CARD ON FILE and give us a few of the first digits to verify that it is indeed the last card used. We still need bank phone # & name however to process order.

Note- we do not sell, rent, loan, use our names/emails or any other info for mass mailing. These items are kept private in your customer file on a seperate non-modemed computer. We only maintain the file to better serve you on future purchases.
